8.00am to 8.00pm on all business working days including weekends and public holidays.  All service calls are logged at AUSSIE ONSITE, recording the time the job is received and recording the time the service person arrives at the client’s premises.  We also record the time the service person completes the service.   Service calls are followed up the next business working day with a Quality Assurance phone call.

AUSSIE ONSITE offers a 1300 service phone number.  Every effort is offered to respond to the service call for help in the shortest possible time, usually within 15 minutes.  Response time onsite is usually 3 hours during working hours or next day.

Service calls are always attended to on the day the call is logged or the next working day. Out of hour service calls can be arranged if the client is prepared to accept additional charges.  Client calls for service are attended to on a first come, first served basis; but special circumstances will be responded to accordingly.

The telephone support we offer for hardware and software help is held in high regard and is accepted as a great service with considerable value to all our clients.  AUSSIE ONSITE tries to respond in the quickest time to your hardware and software problems.

To be competitive we have arranged to pay ALL of our suppliers COD and with a few of them, CASH BEFORE DELIVERY.  It is our request to you, to pay AUSSIE ONSITE COD.  You don’t have to withhold payment until you see if it works to your complete satisfaction. We warrant all our work, there is no problem for you, if you need follow up support on any job we have done.
